A. All those who miss the Pickup bus should come ( with hired/owned transport) by (08:00 AM/HRS ) to (Sinquerim Jetty ) also known as (Dolphin Watching Point) Check the location on Google Maps,(FQWJ+VR Aguada Fort Area, Candolim, Goa) please forward this message to all passengers travelling with you.
B. The last boat and Last/ cut off time is 08:00 am, Please do not Stand while the Boat is Moving, as it Blocks the View of the Captain. Bamboo massage is free for those who misbehave with a crew or co-passengers or are creating a dangerous situation by violating boat
C. Clothes: Wear (only) Half Pants & T-shirt, Sun Glasses, Sun Cream Sun Hat Recommended, (Sharia-Muslims should wear at least a Burkini/ or tight-fitting clothes/leggings ) (if you have swimming clothes) please wear them beneath your Short Pants & T-shirts ( Rubber Shoes / Slippers) Please Do not carry an extra set of clothes. Children occupying seats will be charged the adult rate, we discourage infants to come on board, if travelling they are to travel on Lap with adults, and no charge is applicable, except ₹300, towards safety Life jackets, Carry a Well Charged Android Mobile for Emergencies,(&/or) Power Bank battery bank
D. Do not Carry large Amounts of Cash/Jewellery and other needless yet expensive things, And We do not take responsibility for Loss of the Same. Clients with large bags are known to steal things, ( esp dive equipment) please don’t bring large bags Locker facility is only available at Watersports Counter (charges is ₹200 per group)
E. Eatables: Pure Veg (Dry) Breakfast ( Poha and Banana), in the afternoon Seasonal Fruits (Pineapple or watermelon), Please carry your own Jain/Halal/Kosher/Sattvik Snacks. Lunch: (on days beginning with T, Tuesdays Thursdays & Today) the menu would be (picnic-style) (Non-Veg) Chicken Masala, Jeera Rice, (Veg) Chole-Chawal, cabbage, onion tomato, chilly cucumber salad, please carry your own reusable fork /spoon, ( if not ) please eat in Indian style with washed hands.
F. Fire Hazard: Do not carry Inflammables, (Butane lighters, Matches etc). The boat is a (strictly ) No Smoking Zone/ No Fire Zone, Violators beware of storage of Huge quantities of highly inflammable fuel on Board. Foreign clients who don’t use WhatsApp, should please take your video from the Booking point
G. Garbage Bins: are Provided Please Make use of same, Do not Litter the Environment.
H. Hands should be on your lap when Boat is Parking/Docking with Another Boat, (to avoid loss of limb)
I. In the event of a last-minute (force majeure event) Ride/Dive Being Cancelled for whatever reason ( by either Clients or Operators ) there shall be no refund, instead client/s / passengers can opt to have a (Ride) Dive. On the next possible day of convenience. The operators reserve the right to change the itinerary and location of activities, as per weather situations & Government rules.
J. Jumping off the Boat into the Water is Prohibited, as it scares the Fish away and your video will not be so nice, Please make use of either of the Two Ladders on the Boat.
K. Keep Calm at all times, Be Courteous to Fellow Passengers, & Cooperate with Crew.
L. Life Jackets are to be worn at all times except (if) during Scuba Diving, where you will wear another Buoyancy Control Device, It is dangerous for Pregnant Ladies, Infants, Physically & Mentally Challenged, Asthmatic, Epileptic, and People below age 5, above Age of 45, so please avoid bringing the Above along with You.
M. Minimum Age is 12 and Maximum Age is 45 (50 in special circumstances), Please ensure that you have no flight for 12 hours after diving. Miramar Beach (pickup) clients booked for Watersports should mandatorily come to Sinquerim Jetty.
N. No Refund of any kind will be entertained once you step on Boat.
O. One dive is approximately ( 10-15 minutes training) + ( 10 minutes dive)
P. Please carry your own reusable fork or spoon & Re-Usable Bottle of Water, R-O Refill Available on the Boat. We’re trying our best to be a (disposable) plastic-free operation, your smallest help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Q. Quality of Service (Pickup, Service Time, Food & Beverages) can vary especially on Red Dates, Festivals & Super weekends, We apologize in advance for the same.
R. Regulations of Government have recently changed (2019), All those booked for the Island Trip should be warned that Nobody is allowed to step on the Island due to the place being a nesting ground for Endemic Species of Birds and Bats which may carry highly infectious Coronaviruses, any Inconvenience in this regard is deeply regretted,
S. Scuba Diving is an Adventure Sport and all does not go according to plan, Cuts and Bruises are Normal, and First-Aid is available on Boat. Please bring/carry your own sanitiser, mask/gloves, or you can buy the same from us at @₹500/- for each person.
T. Transport time for 1st boat from any Bus Stop nearest to hotels in Vagator Petrol Pump (07:00 am), Arpora Junction (07:00 am) Baga Titos Lane (07:30 am ) Calangute KFC (07:30 am, Candolim Newton (07:30 am) Sinquerim ( 07:30 am ) by Non AC Tempo Traveller Pickup/Minibus.
U. U All (If) booked on full combo package it includes the following: 5 rides of watersports ( Banana, Bumper, Jetski, Speed Boat. Parasailing ) dangerous dip Rs 300 extra. Scuba Diving is a maximum of 10 minutes only

Video: video department is functioning from 8 pm till midnight, One single raw 4k video will be given (Complimentary) via (WhatsApp Messenger only ) So please only use WhatsApp messages to communicate & you will receive your video either on the boat, or after 9 pm please Don’t forget to mention the date of dive and tag/token Number, if you haven’t received your video it may be due to short/panic situation of Diving, we will try our best to do a surface/ladder dive & video, but the duration (&/or) quality of the video may not be as expected. For such Dives/situations, videos are not guaranteed, since this is an awkward situation, as we cannot prioritize your safety and health over a video shooting. You, Will, get raw video on WhatsApp from Dive Masters, for the edited video you need to pay Rs.199/- @ the Jetty while checking in, You Will get the same in 48 hours online. Just mention Your Dive tag number while communicating. The panicked dive video is not guaranteed. (a panic dive situation can arise when clients are not in 100% healthy condition, for which we do a short ladder dive ) Very important that you read (Fully) and forward this message to all passengers in your group, any second ( or) repeat request for (the same video ) which was given on the boat shall be charged @₹500 per video.
W. Watersports, a refund ( if not completed ) (after Scuba) will be completed at Baga (near Om Shack ), once on location please go to ( Bosco your Watersports instructor ) Watersports if unable to attend or if the weather doesn’t permit, same will be completed on a consecutive day, or if leaving same/ next day then no refund will be provided, Without complete/full payment nobody will be allowed to complete the trip.
